A SHORT STORY ABOUT OUR COMPANY
James Polack attended Creighton Law School, where he graduated with honors in 1995. Since then he has represented many clients in litigation, real estate transactions, debt collection, probate, estate planning and other areas of law.
Prior to his legal career, Mr. Polack was a United States Marine for six years, where he worked both in computer operations and the security of American Embassies and Consulates in Haiti and Israel.
After being in the Marine Corps, Mr. Polack also managed computer facilities for McDonnell Douglas and was a Team Leader in User Support, while completing his undergraduate work at the University of San Francisco.
In his law practice, he has won several cases at the Nebraska Court of Appeals and the Nebraska Supreme Court, and he has practiced at the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
